Overview
Mediation is a confidential process in where the parties work to resolve all issues for their divorce. We will work systematically starting with a parenting plan, division of assets and finally child and spousal support.

Sessions
We will meet as many times as needed to resolve your issues. We work at your pace on your timeline. You pay as you go. You control the process and can suspend at anytime.

MOU
At the end of the process you will receive a Memorandum of Understanding-which is a non-binding summary of your decisions and includes all your documents.
