What to expect from Kolbe Mediation

  • Mediation Services

  • Co-Parenting Plan

  • Division of Assets

  • Financial Support

Mediation is a voluntary process that helps two people make the best decisions, together, with the help of an impartial person. We will work together to develop a parenting plan, divide assets and any financial support that might be needed. Mediation takes less time than litigation, is confidential and works on your own timeline. You control the schedule and the pace. At the end of the mediation process, you will have an MOU, which is a summary of the decisions you arrived at as a team.
